While there were some unexpected land mines left by the prior builder, and some other surprises along the way, Samuel and his partner, Mariano Isman (a trained architect) tackled each challenge with professionalism and provided creative and practical solutions to keep the job moving forward. Urban has an excellent in house staff of skilled craftsmen, and a team of loyal and responsive subcontractors, all of whom provided a finished product at the highest level.

My wife and I were demanding clients, having been conditioned by our previous horrifying experience. But, in the end Samuel and Mariano provided us with the high end dream house we originally conceived, and our original nightmare has become to become a fuzzy memory.
